All the prints are being made on your special order. We prepare them in Poland on high quality paper using Gyclée fine art print tecnique. They are being sold unframed. Your order is ready to be shipped within 5 working days with DPD, UPC, DHL or Inpost company.

Personalisation
It's posible to customise the size and the ratio of your print. If you wish to make a special order contact me for the pricing information.
If you wish to purchase a print of other of my artwork not published in the shop, write to me to find out about the posible sizes.

Shipping
Shipping of the prints takes up to 5 days in Poland-2, 1-3 weeks in Europe. The costs of delivery will be added to your cart when finalizing your order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return policy
If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me, I will do my best to help you.

Cancelation and returns
You can return your products within 14 days after purchase. I can only accept undamaged products that have been sent in a strong packaging. The costs of returning an order, including a tracking code, will be on your behalf. Please contact me (urszulabasinska@gmail.com) when you would like to return your order.

Guarantee
If your order arrived damaged while shipping or defective, please contact me within 3 days via email urszulabasinska@gmail.com and send me pictures of the damaged item, the package and packaging describing the situation. You can ask for a full refund or replacement and you will receive the response within 10 days. In that case the
